Shipping
Shipping is free within the USA. By default, all packages require a signature for delivery. Please contact us if you'd like ship without requiring a signature. We are not responsible for anything stolen or damaged after delivery.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please note: these are best estimates. To guarantee delivery by a certain date, please reach out to us to discuss shipping options. Additional fees may apply.
Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we offer the following returns policy:
Eligibility:
- Mint Condition & 30-Day Window: You may return items free of charge within 30 days of the delivery date, provided they are in mint, unused, and resalable condition, including all original packaging and accessories.
- U.S. Customers: All returns from customers within the United States are free of charge, regardless of the reason, as long as they adhere to the 30 day window and mint condition.
- Our Error: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item due to our error, we will gladly accept the return and provide a full refund or replacement, and cover the return shipping costs.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact Customer Support: Please contact our customer support team via info@bayosbobbles.com to initiate your return.
- Provide Order Details: Provide your order number and the reason for your return.
- Receive Return Instructions: We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to package and ship your return, including a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
- Ship the Item: Carefully package the item and ship it according to the provided instructions.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- If the item is not returned in mint condition, we retain the right to refuse the refund, or to apply a restocking fee.
Exchanges:

International Returns:
- Returns from outside of the United States are only free if the return is due to our error. Otherwise return shipping must be paid by the customer.

- Please retain your tracking number for your records.
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping if the customer does not use our provided shipping label.
